These General Conditions of Sale regulate purchases of products and services made remotely by the buyer via the internet on the website www.cp-toys.it belonging to CP-Store di Caso M. with headquarters in via Galileo Galilei 4 74121 Taranto, Taranto VAT number and C.F. IT03292910738.
The contract stipulated between CP-Store and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by CP-Store. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to be of age and to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment set out below.< /p>
The Customer can purchase the products present in the cptoys.it electronic catalog when placing the order and viewable online at www.cptoys.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by CP-Store through a response via e-mail, automatically sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with CP-Store. The message presents the items ordered and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.
All prices on the website www.cptoys.it are intended as retail prices and, therefore, include VAT (22%). CP-Store reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
